You are walking distance to many stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Nearby popular stores are a large grocery store (Fresko), Home Depot and Costco. Across the highway/ a 5-minute drive away is the luxury hotel, The Cape, a Thompson Hotel, The Sunset Mona Lisa, and a private beach with amazing snorkeling. There are several restaurants nearby, some that are high end 5-star dining restaurants, and some hole in the wall casual dining spots. Just 15 minutes down the road is the Cabo Marina lined with popular beach day clubs like the trendy Sur Beach House, Mango Deck, The Office, and ME Cabo. Popular night clubs like El Squid Roe, Mandala and Cabo Wabo are here too. The Cabo San Lucas Airport (SJD) is about 30 minutes away from the condo.
