Had such a great experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as shown - clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the extra touches like the towels, coffee and toiletries in the bathrooms. The location was perfect - quiet, safe and close to everything we needed. Check-in was easy and Kat was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Kat’s home was a perfect place to spend with friends. A yearly get away with women to relax and shake off all the bad energy. Very comfortable setting. Thank you Kat. Hope to return next year ❤️🙏🏽

This house is part of Palm Valley CC a gated community with amazing grounds. The house was clean and cosy with a lot of space. We loved the house, the rooms were large and we felt right at home. Kuerig coffee greeted us every morning, our host was very responsive and we had a great time. This place has golf course views off the back. We also like working out and had access to a Jr. Olympic swimming pool for workouts. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, well-adorned, and incredibly comfortable; every detail made it feel like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight for everyone, and the kitchen had great quality cookware, which made meal prep a breeze. Kat, the host, was outstanding as she was super responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Even my hard-to-please parents were thoroughly impressed and raved about the accommodations. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back!

What a dream. It's hard to complete a vacation without something going wrong, but our stay was perfect. We had nine adults stay at the house and 11 at the Hyatt nearby. 14 adults for my husband's 50th birthday and we are 4 days post-stay, still reminiscing on the memories.

Beautiful home with stunning views from the patio and pool. Modern, relaxing home with great decor, comfy bedrooms, and great amenities. Kat is very responsive to anything that comes up, like when our friends brought us take out dinner and needed to get through the gate!

This house was amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean, large bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. Our group spent hours by the pool. Walking down to the beach was easy, and we were just minutes from a large new grocery store. I'd book this house again on a return trip!

First of all, Kat’s place was spotlessly clean- there’s nothing better than resting your head on a pillow or using a towel that smells wonderfully fresh and laundered! Also every corner was neat and tidy- next, the style is so cool- it makes you happy just being there w retro photos and style- absolutely loved that. We couldn’t have been happier staying and would love to stay again!
